Spy Valley Wins Cellar Door of the Year 2009!
Over summer mystery shoppers assessed the standard of Marlborough ’s 44 cellar doors. In the top 5 every year since its inception three years ago, Spy Valley was delighted to be named the joint Supreme Winner in 2009. Services from online enquiries, through to staff presentation, service experience, relaying information, knowledge and developing loyalty were assessed by the independent shoppers.
